Man, I just, I don't know if I'm ready to, like, on the sliding scale, putting him closer to Kair Elam than a solid starting corner.

I should say that because based on what we've seen in games, there's not enough.

He hasn't shown you enough to say that, hey, he's Christian Bedford or that he's Kair Elam.

I remember I was at that game and I was with Kyle Krebs, and I was like, "Hey, man, like I, I'm pretty sure this Christian Benford dude's gonna start." He's like, "What you mean, over Kaiir Elam?" I was like, "Yeah, yeah."

Like, like, "Just be ready for it.

... play of that game, Johan Dotson just blows by him-

... and I was like, "Oh, this isn't good at all." And then I was like, "We'll see what happens, I guess." And I, I wasn't high on Kaiir Elam.

I wanted McDuffie so bad, even though it was like, "Oh, you know, he's more of a nickel." I was like, "No, I think he can play outside." I, I just didn't love Elam, and then they took Benford and I was like, "Oh, it's they're battling." And I was like, "Oh, the guy who got burned by Dotson, this isn't gr-" And then, yeah, he's just been sound and solid-

But, I mean, if I could just go down the list.

Kair Elam I don't think is in the league.

I don't think Donovan Wilson got a job.

Trayvon Diggs I do believe just got practice squatted.

And on rewatch of preseason game number one, couple of things stood out to me.

Where they have Kaiir Elam playing is right on the edge.

Looks like he got in the ballgame before, uh, Jayden Cannady did, uh, at least from, from my, uh, estimation, and I thought he held his own.

Now, he didn't get pressed hard.

Obviously, you get later into the game and you, and you have some of your backups.

Kaiir Elam was playing a lot.

Uh, and you get into some of those, you know, guys that are in the back end of the roster.

Kennedy played and, and got hurt, but he came back in.

Canady probably will.

Kaiir Elam probably will.

Uh, Kevin Knowles-

Kevin Knowles probably will

So even if it's not the starters, I wanna see Noah Williams play.

Sure.

[lips smack] But Kaiir Elam is a guy that may make the team as the last cornerback.

Kevin Knowles.

I mean, Jaylen Moore's listed as the starting right tackle right now.

But I'm gonna list these guys out until I get to Kair Elam.
