You know, I think actually we were quite good at doing some of that last season.

I know at the time we were all like, why are we getting rid of Kai Whitmore? And there was all the stuff with Zanev going out and stuff.

I think that's what we now need to be thinking about between now and January is how can we maybe move on a few, you know, Matt Smith is maybe in that list, not because I think he's a bad player, but clearly Mullins doesn't fancy him.

And he's, you know, we need to work out how we can, Create a bit of room so that in January, if we need to, we can then bring in another couple of players.

Interesting that you say that in terms of what needs to be done.

Is that where Kai Whitmore comes into the equation, what you bring to this team?

Yeah, obviously I can help what I've learned so far.

Some call it the Balenciaga and Tampines XI.

But also Young Lions in terms of Kai Whitmore, in terms of the Japanese players that will be there, this new identity that till now nobody has explained to us what it is about.

And they still call themselves the Young Lions for now, officially.

but again on the pitch looking forward to what they do and yeah FC Jurong as well I think they sort of are going to be quite a fresh team because of this they have signed players who have good profiles let me just it's not just college players anymore right so that's something to look at Geylang as well, I think they have really bolstered their ranks.

And also in other areas of the pitch, in terms of when will Perry become available once he gets his citizenship.

Other areas of the field, Kai Whitmore, what's the situation there? We are looking forward to watching him in the Singapore Premier League.

I know there's some time to go before we look at Kai as a serious option.

But all these things are things for us to... to get excited by.

A couple of Japanese players coming in as well.

But...

If there's something I'm really excited about, and again, I think just to round off because this national team themed episode, I'm looking forward to watching Kai Whitmore because I have reported about his desire to play for Singapore very early on, even before he had even set foot here in Singapore to join the Young Lions.
