But of course, I'm speaking of The Jungle Book and Kaa, who is supposed to be an Indian python-

In the movies, Kaa does this really great, uh, eye animation.

I certainly haven't seen it, uh, in a long time.

Kaa.

Kaa's a snake.

And in terms of, and in terms of The Jungle Book, sorry, just, uh, just go on.

Um, Jungle Book, uh, I think when Bagheera and Baloo meet Kaa.

Yeah.

Where it's like, how you did Kaa the snake is so good.

Uh, it was, that was...

I have these wonderful sound effects of just didgeridoos-

[laughs] Yeah

Yeah.

So one of my favorite memories from Jungle Book was, okay, so I got to play the role of Kaa, which is the snake, and it was about, I think, five girls, five or six girls who got to play it, and our reaction when we first saw that giant puppet, and it was like a sheet that was, like, painted like a snake-

With umbrellas

...

That was really fun.

And so we were all holding umbrellas, and it was just, like, it was magical to come and just, like, see the show come to life with all the costumes and stuff.

I love the Kaa costumes.

Those were really fun.

... one of the villains is just the villain from Jungle Book.

One of them is, he's called Sir Hiss the snake, and it's just literally Kaa.

No way.

[laughs]

Oh, I did not like that.

No, I thought not.

It wasn't like a, it was not like a Kaa or a Sir Hiss.

This was like a really well-animated snake.

The dawn was beginning to break when Mowgli went down the hillside alone to meet those mysterious things that are called men.

It was in the days when Baloo was teaching him the Law of the Jungle.

The big, serious old brown bear was delighted to have so quick a pupil, for the young wolves will only learn as much of the Law of the Jungle as applies to their own pack and tribe and run away as soon as they can repeat the Hunting Verse.

"Fool that I am! Oh, fat, brown, root-digging fool that I am!" said Baloo, uncurling himself with a jerk.

"It is true what Hathi the Wild Elephant says.

To each his own fear, and they, the Bandar-log, fear Kaa the Rock Snake.

He can climb as well as they can.
