now diving into maybe like Vietnam stuff, the beach scenes and seeing how like Zero Dark Thirty really influenced the character of Jyn Erso stands out to me a lot where it's like this is a war movie like when you think of other Star Wars films you're seeing kind of altruistic Jedi ideology and you're seeing very familiar iconography of the dark of the Empire, but then we get Krennic down in all white, and it really flips the film on its head where sometimes the villains are the heroes all clad in white, but yet we're still being gunned down on a beach trying to make sure you're not annihilating our entire civilization.

I was really hoping, I mean, part of me loves it when films don't pull punches, and like, good guys lose, and there's, you know, I like having my heart broken over and over again.

But then when Jen and Cassie are on the beach, I'm like, maybe they'll get beamed up, and I'm like, oh, it's the wrong franchise.

As far as having more context, Andor gives us so much more, and so much more rich windows in the lives of Cassian Andor specifically, and the situations leading up to Rogue One.

I've got one I'll offer while you all think about it, but like, what has Andor and its two seasons done to change your perception or recontextualize something in Andor, or in Rogue One? For me, everybody's seen Andor, right? Okay.

The last scene in Andor with Vix and the baby, right? The ending of Rogue One wrecks me ten times harder now, knowing that Michael Giacchino's cue for the Death Star explosion consuming Jyn and Cassian is called, Your Father Would Be Proud.

Like, that hits me right here every time, just thinking about that.

So that was one of 12 cards copying the 1983 Topps Football set.

And then you got Jyn Erso that also sold for $1,000 just at the end of last year for $1,000.

for a copy of the 1978 football set, both of those PSA 10s.

So that Throwback Thursday set is becoming highly collectible in my mind.

Anytime she takes a damage, she prevents the first damage that's dealt to her, which works really well with what I'm already doing with Jyn.

Like, it's honestly kind of a crazy testament to how wide open, how many good cards there are right now that Jyn Erso is on the bench as a three-three that also is your tower.
