Do we think that privacy regulation has actually made consent, meaning I guess in the most direct sense opt-in or opt-out, meaningfully better for users? Or are we just creating more friction and noise than necessary without actually meaningfully improving control?

Uh, you know, I'm not gonna express opinion on behalf of regulators, but based on the fact that these laws for the most part don't require them, I'm not sure that the regulators are specifically looking for a banner.
