Justin Dunk

Welcome, welcome, welcome to the three hour nation podcast.

I'm John Hodge joined by Justin Dunk and JC Abbott.

And for our video viewers, I like this gray cup hat, but I think I have something better here.

Hold on.

so i'm curious to see if sean bayne jr can even be that close to the level that he was at but he was playing at a pretty good clip jc i think you have to agree before he suffered that injury in saskatchewan

absolutely totally agree with that i i really liked him as a player but unfortunately coming back from injuries he hasn't quite gotten to that level yet and he's 31 years old it's just a tough tough road

For Justin Dunk and JC Abbott, I'm the Shreveport Pirates.

Thank you so much for listening to today's podcast.

Can't wait to listen.

We're starting here, of course, at 5.30. That's when they boot me off the air, and we hand it over to Tegan, Justin, Wes, and the team, Dave and Luke, in tow as well.

It is the Sports Cage.

We are audio only, audio streams today, and on 620 CKRM.

So I get the boot a little bit early out of here.

And then Tegan, Wes, and the crew roll in.

Justin Dunk.

Geez, aren't you like...

Why not? We'll do that.

Also, we're gonna hear from Justin Dunk, Three Down Nation.

There are some developments today when it comes to which community might be the closest to a 10th CFL franchise.

I'd say that there's probably two obvious ones, but apparently one has come to light after a meeting between the commissioner and a prospective owner.

We'll find out what Justin Dunk's thoughts are on that coming up, as of course, threedownation.com was the first to point out the renovations that would be happening to a stadium in Halifax.

We'll talk about a 10th CFL franchise.

And Mike Babcock might be removing a former Edmonton Oiler great from his Christmas list.

But let's get to first things first.

And, uh, the Green and Gold will look to, uh, end that streak on Saturday.

Justin Dunk from Three Down Nation joins us once again.

Justin, how you doing?

Doing well, Jason.

But honestly, until Ottawa gets a win, man, I just can't sit here and say that I see them actually reeling one in, because they've had opportunities multiple times in 2026 and haven't got the job done.

Yeah, it's, uh, it is wild, for sure.

Uh, Justin Dunk joins us from, uh, Three Down Nation.

Uh, Justin, um, uh, what are, where, are we actually getting close to, to legit talk about expansion and a 10th team?

You have a very cool story coming up tomorrow.

Justin Dunk, Chris Melo, Farhan Lalji.

Jordan Marwick, Jay Marwick, the offensive coordinator of the Regina Rams.

We're going to preview the Regina Pats before their first game with Dante.

Ooh,

Justin Dunk will be very excited about that.

Uh...

But didn't Laurier – Laurier is the one who lost the head coach who went to the other school, right?

And that is when I will be back with you on Monday.

On behalf of myself, Justin Dunk of Three Down Nation, Wes Cates, Curtis, or C2.

I don't even know what to call you anymore.

There's so many nicknames for you.
