Um, but look, i-if it's so easy, why didn't the Cardinals do that last offseason? And why did their targets, which were Soriano, Stanek.

Bruhl's been pretty good actually.

I would give him a lot of credit for being really solid too.

And also Soriano was huge for them in the first half.

They didn't give up anything for him.

Yeah.

Um, I think Justin Bruhl was also for cash.

JoJo Ramirez will be a free agent this offseason.

Gordon Graceffo has been great this year.

They've also gotten great recent work out of Luis Gastelum and out of Justin Bruhl.

So congratulations to the bullpen.

Cardinals asking for patience, and we should give it to them because they're playing pretty well.

Now, when the Cardinals shipped Dustin May and JoJo Romero to the Brewers, we knew that Hunter Dobbins was waiting in the wings to fill in the rotation spot for, that Dustin May was leaving behind.

But in the bullpen, you know, it was JoJo and it was Justin Bruhl from the left side [laughs] and that was it.

And I banged the table all off-season to find someone, somebody else, just, you know, to, to give them some sort of competition for the spot there.

We knew JoJo was gonna be fine.

And then it's Sturzlecki for three innings, trying to ride that dude all the way to the finish line.

And then Justin Bruhl came into the game after Sturzlecki gave up the home run to Dane Myers.

I don't know if I mentioned this.

He had not homered in 61 consecutive games.

Luis Castillo, in my opinion, just is not the answer for this team.

Justin Bruhl's actually been solid.

Sub 350 ERA out of him.

Ryan Fernandez is a guy that I really don't trust in, though.

Luis Castillo, he comes in for a squirrel sending.

Justin Bruhl gives up two runs in his inning work.

So the Cardinals, they take a loss that they probably can't afford in that National League wild card race.

And for the Cleveland Guardians, they are looking to try to get back into it in the American League.

Luis Gastelum is last three outings, four and a third innings pitched, eight Ks, one hit, zero earned runs.

And Justin Bruhl seems like he replaced JoJo Romero.

Our bullpen might be better than it was a couple of months ago.

because that's with the math that Brewer replaces Romero who left, and that Gastelum is better than any third guy that we had at the time.
