Just Dance

I don't know what's going on.

November 10th also sees Football Manager 27 on PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Hope in the City, Xbox and PC, Storm Forge on PC, Early Access, Ashes of the Singularity 2 on PC, Just Dance, Decades of Hits on Switch 2, Hillthorne on Android, Switch, iOS.

Uh, the house dreams along with them on PC.

And then we get to November 11th where Emory hearts comes to PC.

Nate writes in, says with the release of Nintendo Switch Sports Resort, it got me reminiscing about the phenomenon that was the original Wii Sports and how we likely won't see a moment like that in video games again.

We don't see a lot of social or party games anymore, but the seventh generation was booming with them, with games like Rock Band and Just Dance, although that's still around.

And I can't help but think that it's mostly because of societal reasons.

Do you have any fond memories playing social or party games during the Wii and Xbox era? I mean, Wii Sports is a huge phenomenon, right? there's yeah will we see anything like Wii Sports ever again like probably not the knock on effects of the success of Wii Sports led to the Wii as a platform getting some real fucking trash tier video games we talk about party and social games you talk about all the fucking garbage that came out on the Wii boy oh boy it was they were dark times in a lot of ways but rock band, you know, and, and, and, you know, I just dance.

I was never big on just dance.

I was more of a dance central kind of person, I suppose.

But, uh, but do I have any fond memories playing? So, I mean, you know, like, like working to cover that stuff is, yeah, sure.

In reality, it took about two weeks for a PlayStation 3 to appear hooked up to the TV, and Todd started to turn the room into a sometimes man cave.

Can't we play Just Dance? Can't we do push-ups every time we lose an Elden Ring? Oh no, we're not gonna do any of that.

Something that normally wouldn't be on the Wii.
