the way they're talking about, like, hard power, "This will be the hard power that we need to rule the next century," and it's like, I, I mean, obviously they work with the CIA, they work with Israel, they do have these connections in these very hard power states where they are just very fine with triple tapping children's elementary schools in Iran, and they're like, "Eh, I mean, ethics? Who, I, I don't know about that.

Like, who know- who cares? We shouldn't care about that.

That's, that's weak thinking.

That's soft thinking." So I thi- I think that's, like, a part of it there too, but it's, but it's also like n- no one knows what this is.

So for June, that made leaving incredibly difficult.

I would stay for longer and longer, and I'd use the opportunities to continue to suss out the area for this next event, and he lived by himself there.

So I just kept on staying.

I felt really welcome.

You know, like, we were doing tasks around the farm.

I was learning all these new skills, and I felt welcome.

So I just kept on staying longer and longer periods, and occasionally I would go home, but I just kept on coming back.

He went to rehab in Bali.

It's often painful.

I have brought beers and whiskey.

I have also brought whatever these fish are that Frank pulled out of Burnt Lake.

But what about you? Like, how'd you find this kind of stuff?

Yeah, it took me a long time to find this stuff, and, and really, um, my, my Disney fandom picked up once I had my daughter, and she's shared my love of Disney since she was little.

And the first time I, I took her to the parks about three years, well, actually o- one, but she doesn't remember.

But at the three-year visit, she just became, like, a huge fan.

And so not only did we constantly vacation in Disney, but in between trips, we did a lot of Disney fandom things.

Like, every trip we'd make a big Disney scrapbook.

When we came home, we'd collect all these things and put together the old-time, you know, scrapbooks.

What was that like?

S- it's a common story that y- you of course touched on here is that, like, you don't understand or, or sort of switch your perspective on things until it happens to you.

'Cause, like, for, from my perspective, for, for some context, I have been super politically minded and active since I was in high school.

From a fairly early age, I realized I was bisexual, and then shortly after that I realized I was trans.

So in the back of my mind I was always like ...

And this was before gay marriage was legalized.

This was when Fox News was, was bringing on pastors being like, "The Bible says you can't have ...

... within this group that I belong to."

I knew this guy once.

He had aspirations.

He wanted to be a brewmaster.

This is a common problem in Oregon because if you have a garage and a jug and the right paperwork, poof, you have a brewery in the eyes of the state.

It's more microbreweries per capita than any other state.

I'm good.

Yeah.

He, he owes his enti- entire career to him basically.

But he-... is, like, an anti-democracy, anti-freedom techn- uh, uh, he, he, what he wants is to destroy the US government and most governments through his theory called the Butterfly Revolution and his Rage Theory.

So basically, long story short, he wants to destroy democratic governments in favor of creating small city state-like technocracies run by people like Peter Thiel and Elon Musk, having, like-

Uh, so Steak 'n Shake says, "As of April 2nd, we will begin using 100% grade A Wisconsin butter to replace the current buttery blend, which contains seed oils.

This change will be made in all of our restaurants." And, uh, someone replies to that saying, "Boy, y'all keep this up and I'm gonna eat nothing but Steak 'n Shake.

Please don't make a banana pudding shake with real bananas.

And June, well, she just showed the haters who's boss.

They all jumped onto their tables and stamped their feet, clapping and yelling, "More, more, more." It was complete pandemonium.
