Jumanji

But anyway, as as we mentioned a while ago, they they yes, it did had a few.

Hey, listen, OK, it's as good as any Jumanji movie.

I mean, come on.

But there's stuff to enjoy.

Okay.

I've seen the original Jumanji.

I've seen both of the 90 museums.

I've seen Aladdin.

I am very easily scared.

I did not sleep for like a week after I watched Jumanji.

So I don't find that kind of experience of fear helpful at all, but some people do.

And I use this example to illustrate that not all things that are scary or spooky or even like horror are they're not all necessarily evil or drawing us away from God.

Right, yeah.

Or the movie, the original Jumanji movie.

Oh, right.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Did you guys have a favorite fantasy sequence?

I just I can't help but think anytime somebody is dressed as one of those big game hunters that they look like the dude from Jumanji just the hat and the bullets across or whatever I think I kind of like Violet's the most because it is the most like I love the combination of like something extremely dark masked with the sort of like faux chipperness in this case that of something like a Disney movie when really it's like In my heart of hearts, I wish to murder this man, but let's just present it in the most family-friendly way possible.

I do like that bit.

For me, it's the black and white sequence because that's what made me go... oh, this movie is not what I expected in the slightest.

that got a book that got a movie later on too didn't it

yep which actually the book the book zathura was written way later than the other one the first one that it was a sequel to jumanji that's right yeah I remember watching Zathura in theaters was like my first time when I was like, wait a minute, that's not how it happened in the book.

Because in the book, Zathura was hidden underneath Jumanji in the same game box.

In the movie, it had its own game box that was admittedly really cool and I want a replica of that board game.

I'm also looking at it and Jon Favreau directed Zathura.

back.

Like Jumanji.

Yeah.

It didn't come back.

And for, like, literally almost two years, that was – every meeting was – I

think for us it was Jumanji.

Not the Robin Williams one.

I'm getting a little gray
