And then the conversation moved on to Stefan, where Julian Stefan was talking about like the importance of work ethic.

And he spoke quite a lot about how his doors always open and highlighted how impressive Scarlett's effort has been, for example, coming from the Academy.

which I think is quite telling.

And there was, yeah, there was a few chances there, Just nothing, like, we are struggling against that low block to create any big chances at the minute, I think.

Yeah, but, you know, that's been a problem that really, like, predates Stefan and honestly really predates a lot of this squad too.

And that is really more of a stylistic question, in my opinion, which is that, you know, can we play with this much of the ball and continue to consistently win with the quality of players that we're able to attract.

I don't know the answer to that question.

we haven't got something anywhere close really like we've got players who might go through hot spells like I'm sure Harvey Vale will have a little patch this season where he scores a few worldies like he did at one point last season but it's just about that consistency and at the minute we haven't really got anyone who looks like they can just create something from nothing So, yeah, it's tough.

It's going to take a hell of a lot of coaching from Julian Stefan to come up with something that will consistently break down teams like that, because it's so much easier to play without the ball.

Like, it's not just us.

And, Is that where, yes, you know, managers do have styles and philosophies and all this kind of thing, but also you've got to try and win games of football and that's also part of being a coach as well, isn't it? And a manager of working out, actually, in this situation, we need to change.

And against Cardiff, they didn't have massive amounts of possession.
