So when we look at these, the kids that, that you're seeing, the college kids, and some of that anxiety or motivation, what are a lot of them working through? What kind of brings them to your couch? [laughs]

For the younger girls, I have a background in working in an eating disorder treatment facility, so I often end up with a lot of referrals for outpatient level disordered eating.

So I deal with a lot of that in the girls, and that often looks like social media struggles.

There's so many food accounts of girls talking about what they ate in a day or outfits.

And so just the amount of information that they are all gathering from the online world and then trying to process and synthesize and live in themselves is just overwhelming, and they can get down a lot of really unhealthy negative rabbit holes.

So for a lot of girls it's been, or young college girls, it's been a lot of body dysmorphia, self-esteem, all of that kind of stuff, and a lot of anxiety as well.
