one valuable free action that our audience can implement that will help them to move at least a little way towards solving these problems for themselves?
5:12
Yeah.

You know, one of the things that I've noticed, especially in the last couple of years, many individuals, we have our own zone of genius.
5:22
But when you look around right now, we're not in a deficiency of trust for individuals, but we are in a place where I call it the sea of sameness.

And I tell clients that creating their assets, their content, their message, is about making sure that they are really staying true to who they are, but also making sure that everything is consistent, because a lot of times we don't show up consistently in social media and podcasts, in our blogs and our emails.

And really the reality is that confidence and feeling good in your own skin and the work that you do in the space that you're at is all about practicing on a daily basis and reminding yourself like, hey, how can I be good with me today? Because what if I don't hit that goal? What if that goal is not an achievable goal? I want to share a quick story.
5:48
I have a client that I've been working with for the past couple of years, and she was an incredible, successful publisher in New York City for a fashion magazine.
5:59
So you can imagine she's been in this fast-paced, where looking good is really one of the pinnacles of the industry.
6:09
And she was not a size zero.
6:12
She was a plus-size woman working in this really high-demanding industry.
