"And I'll call them, I'll ask them, 'How is doctor, I'm Dr. Julie Freischlag, and how is Dr. XYZ?'" And she's like, "Their-- the answer is always the same.

You know, Dr. XYZ is great, good surgeon, good technical skills.

The only difference is, on one hand, the answer is spontaneous, 'Well, we love this doctor, so good.' And then, then there's three minutes pause, and then the same thing again happens, and you know, same statement." And she's like, "I-- all I look for is that three-second pause in the beginning.

You became chair after Fazio.

And, you know, I interviewed Julie Freischlag in one of these podcasts, and she will tell you that when she was appointed chair in Hopkins, a lot of people said, Julie, who? Because, you know, it was such it was unexpected, at least to them, wasn't what they were expecting.

And, you know, a lot of people said, Feza, who? When you became chair, and I have a rule that I've always said to people, that never follow the legend, always follow the person who follows the legend, because it's very difficult to follow a legend.
