uh there's there's one player i was kind of surprised wasn't wasn't in our in our uh camp battle and i thought julian reese would have been in there he hasn't signed anywhere uh i'm not sure if he he's kind of talking to one team but i thought he would have been a great guy to have in in that camp battle um

I feel like the reason he's not, the Knicks are so purposeful.

From Cleveland, the Wizards sent out Cam Whitmore, who went to Cleveland, then he was waived, and then Julian Reese to Denver, who was also waived.

I am very lukewarm on this deal, and I'll give it a C because I just don't really know anything.

I remember that dunk he had on Jalen Duren against the Pistons.

Cam Whitmore is gonna go to the Cleveland Cavaliers and Julian Reese, of course, the brother of Angel, is gonna go to Denver.

The crux of it that Estates had, um, is literally what we spoke about at the back end of last episode.

They told Peyton Watson, "Go find the money that you so think you deserve at another team." Found it with the Cleveland Cavaliers and they've said, "Yep, off you go.

We're yet to find out if he's gonna suit up for them, but he is in Memphis.

They have not, um, they have not re-signed Julian Reese.

I believe he actually got traded to Denver, and they may have waived him.

I'm not sure.

They then finished off the season by winning 17 games, giving them the worst record in the league, and the NBA decided to reward the Wizards fans after years of sorrow by handing them the number one overall pick, which turned into AJ Dibonda, as well as later selecting Felix Okpara in the second round.

Then to conclude the last eight months, the off-season for the Wizards looked like losing Cam Whitmore, Julian Reese, Jaden Hardy, D'Angelo Russell, and a very small amount of draft capital to bring in Trey Mann, DeAndre Ayton, and bring back my GOAT, Kris Middleton.

So now here we are today with a roster that actually looks really fun and explosive on paper.

But the question is, is what is this team's path to finally making the playoffs again after five years? Of course, the real and easy answer is Anthony Davis and Trae Young finding a way to be healthy.
