And I guess that was the moment where me and Julia looked at each other and me and my parents looked at each other and went, maybe we can do this and maybe we can make a career out of this.

Riley talked a little bit about Durango Devo and it is an amazing program.

As you mentioned, they take kids from letter on scoot bikes all the way.

It's like an afterschool program, but I have to say that Durango Devo is one of the reasons why Bear National became Bear National.

I was combing as one of the original Nika coaches and still, I think the longest tenured Nika coach at this point.

I was always scanning all the results and seeing how kids were doing.

But it wasn't until I met Chad Cheney, who ran Durango Devo.

Julia, could you peel back the curtain a little bit more on Bayer and tell us how many slots are actually available, how you're finding the people you find to be on the team, what that recruitment process looks like?
