Related to the idea of the conductor, a lot of people that are really demonstrating this trend the most are the conductors.

on this podcast because like he's he's that guy who's doing he's like the one who's like leading that like he did he was doing the conducting for uh lewis cole's stuff he does metropole orchestras all the time um he did the conducting for saint vincent and bbc proms he did the conducting for pete tong ibiza classics which is another one of the electronic music orchestral things you know and again like when I spoke to Trey, he said, like, a huge thing about this fact that this trend is happening is you need somebody who understands both of those worlds, like, not just from the musical perspective, but just, like, just from how, like, the cultural perspective of, like, you know, like... how to like run a rehearsal like how to compare timelines you know like there's so many things like because there are so many moving parts involved there needs to be so much more like oversight and for someone to like make that happen there's a reason why like it would be a conductor right because a conductor would know how to lead a whole classical ensemble and so if that conductor also understands dance music you know and like understands the sitting in the dark till 6am when you're in a flow state like twiddling knobs and that's how the track gets done that's going to be the person who succeeds in bringing these worlds together for the audience.
