Juice fasting

I did a little juice cleanse this week, guys, and can I confirm, don't do it.

If you had have said I, I drank alcohol for three days and I had a liquid cleanse, I could've believed it, but a juice cleanse?

D- I did a genuine, genuinely did a juice cleanse.

And I'm going to go like next week.

I'm going to go on a juice cleanse.

I'm going to do the full week juice cleanse.

That's what I need.

I haven't been eating that great lately, but I'm going to do the juice cleanse, but, but it's Vikings Packers this Sunday.
