Judge Judy

We are

Judge Judy-ing it up.

I'm Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany's.

I wanted to do something funny.

call him.

Should you go first? Call him? I'm scared that

this one will want to FaceTime and I look like Judge Judy.

Because he's a FaceTimer.

All

right, this is not part of Story Roundup, but I just had to look because I was in one of the TVs in here changes this time of day to the new show of Judge Judy's called Justice Judy.

Nothing other than I just thought, man, she's been on TV for a long time.

How much money do you think Judge Judy is worth? Low end to high end? 80 million.

To how much?

200 million.

Okay.

So that is something that inspired me to want to be a TV judge.

You know, Judge Mathis, Judge Judy, etc.

And so, yeah, Hood Court was something that I dreamed of doing.

And when COVID hit, it was a time for me where I said, hey, I don't know what's going to happen in the world, but I want to make my mark.

You never know where it will go.

Now, Hood Court has its own following, which I'm thankful for.

I have been pushing for years to get it on, you know, Netflix, Tubi, on nationally syndicated stations, picked up by Judge Judy's production company, all of these different places.

However, while I waited, quote unquote, for the world to catch up with what I was doing, I kept creating, I kept doing it.

Um, I don't really wanna talk about this, but yeah, no, I wanna talk about it.

Um, [laughs] Judge Mathis was doing this interview where he, um, at one point spoke about Judge Judy saying that if, you know, if you didn't like America, you should go somewhere else, leave, whatever.

You know, a typical-

Oh, God

I used to watch court TV.

I used to watch a lot of Judge Judy.

My mom loves Judge Judy.

You kidding me? And Judge Joe Brown What up, Daisy? And Judge Joe Brown, and Judge Mathis, and that Latino judge, that, that young looking one.

Oh, yeah.
