A federal judge is gonna be holding a hearing on Wednesday about whether or not that ban is going to, uh, continue to be in effect.

Uh, I have a wonderful guest to talk about this, uh, legal analyst Joyce Vance of MS Now, uh, former federal prosecutor, and just all around great person.

Also a dog lover, like, uh, yours truly.

And, you know, and he, he said that that was of limited, uh, factual value or something.

We see this from the Supreme Court, where the Supreme Court will look for sort of a technical way out of not pissing off Donald Trump.

So, you know, Barb, I asked ChatGPT how it was going to kill me after I read that story.

I was like, hey, what are your plans to kill me? And Chat was like, well, Joyce, I don't have a plan to kill you.

I like you, but here's the, you know, and I thought, wow, if you were an evil malevolent AI and you were plotting to kill people, this is exactly what you would say.

With election integrity on the line, let's bring in one of the lawyers fighting Trump's actions in court, the founder of Democracy Docket, Mark Elias.

Mark, as someone who has monitored every single attack from this administration, how are you feeling today as in-person voting kicks off?

You know, we have to be vigilant and we have to be prepared to go forward.

Right now, you know, my law firm and I were litigating more than 85 cases in 43 states.
