and they've been so gracious to invite me to these events here then there's another one coming up first that one the next one is in November November 20th to 21st the Sarasota Opera House featuring the choreography of Sir Kenneth McMillan Jessica Lange and Alexei Ratmansky so the ballet I'll do a better job next week okay I went over time with Christy.

We were talking for like an hour and a half afterwards, so I'm kind of rushing through this, which is why I repeated the intro song, okay, and played it, I think, two weeks in a row or something to that effect, or maybe a couple weeks ago.

They said as far as they could find out, it was kind of the first cult midnight show.

And it was where the Joyce Theater was.

I think that the Joyce Dance Theater was a movie theater.

So we have a lot.

And we also partnered with the Joyce Theater, which is one of the most, the premier performance space for dance companies there in New York City.

So we have a lot of important partnerships.

We have a very ambitious program.

He's directed operas all over the country at Santa Fe Opera, at St. Louis and everywhere.

And his work is, he's mostly known as a choreographer because his, Sean Curran Dance Company performs a lot at the Joyce Theater and at BAM and places like that in New York.

But he's become quite a director and he's directing this with a sense of movement and physicality that's really exciting.

The cast is unbelievable.

Her prolific career spans multiple aspects of dance.

She began as a dancer with Parsons Dance and the Laura Lubavitch Dance Company, performing at many reputable venues, such as New York's City Center, the Joyce Theater, Washington, D.C.'s Kennedy Center, and Moscow's Bolshoi Theater.

Kate currently works as a freelance choreographer and serves as the Lubavitch Dance Foundation's repetiteur, staging works by Laura Lubavitch and choreographing her own ballets on prestigious companies across the globe, including our own dancers at Richmond Ballet here in Richmond.

For her choreographic achievements, Kate was named Dance Magazine's 25 to Watch and was nominated for a New York Dance and Performance Award, the Bessie.

But with smaller companies, it is a huge expense, unfortunately, and we have to deal with that.

But I have worked with a lot of composers who are actually, you know, they're sort of family because there are people that I know, that I have known for many years from Juilliard.

And, you know, we've mounted several productions at the Joyce Theater here in New York with Liova, with Kenji Bunch, with Paola Prestini, Rina Esmail.

These are just names that, you know, recently I've worked with.

I'm excited for those tours.

And we're also going to the Joyce Theatre the end of January, I believe.

Is there, like, a dream show that exists now that clearly something will come for you? Obviously.
