Joshua Gil

Yeah,

totally.

And so I was kind of on my way out and I got approached by Chef Josh Gill, who passed away recently, RIP.

And he and Matt were running Mirame, which was a avant-garde Mexican restaurant in Beverly Hills I had been to.

And I had seen them open and do this incredible job and then just get like – I watched what they had wanted to do and then where they landed after having to survive during the pandemic just in terms of like brands they were working with.
