Josh Wagner

Obviously, our teams spend a lot of time together with, uh, with, you know, um, Guy and me having such a close relationship all these years, which is Zach's dad, Cap's crew chief, and, um, yeah, the...

All the Myers boys are always around, um, helping out and, uh, you know, the rest of my crew with Josh Wagner, my son Braxton, uh, my wife Ryan, um, you know, takes care of all the T-shirt stuff.

She's always there.

She helps on the cars sometimes, too.

We're right here.

Josh Wagner's here.

He's in Sherman.

I'm right here.

So all right, so you're trying to figure out, like, all right, what's my next, like, my next thing, and then you see, I don't know, like a reel on social media or an ad or something.

Do you remember that? Which one was it? Or did someone show it to you?

I, like, first time, I was probably seeing your content early 2025.

I, I was thinking about coming to it then.

Yeah.

So that's Texas, Florida, you had the abridged probate, and then there's North Carolina.

So if you come across a situation where someone passed away over two years, which is what most of the op- opportunities are, it works.

So for me, it was just like I have some familiarity with, uh, North Carolina.

Gents, glad to see my recurring friends back on the pod here.

Gentlemen, Sean, Josh.

What did you ask yesterday, Josh? You asked everyone to give a trivia question about themselves? I don't think I did that at all.

What's your favorite color now? Some sort of interesting intro here.

I like that one.

I am excited for this episode, though, because I am joined not only by a great guest, but one of my personal friends for I don't know how many years.

But, you know, it's getting getting up there at this point.

So we'll skip right past Josh and Sean and just go to Mr. Chris Walton, who joins us as the variable friend in today's episode.

Bobby White is your host, with Jerry, Christy, and Bonnie voicing our scoundrel protagonists.

Introductory song by Josh Wagner, Toby Bradner, Brandon O'Connor, with additional music by Bobby White.

So is Norman also headed overseas for another major opportunity? Norman has already rebounded after suffering his first and only defeat at the hands of Devin Haney, the current WBO Titleist, who took that WBO title from Brian Norman Jr.

Since then, Norman Jr. stopped Josh Wagner in two rounds in what looked like a good fight.

He bounced back, but it's only two rounds.

We would have liked to see him get a little bit more rounds in.

It was at your conference in Dallas.

Come on, Josh.

But right now, Cairo primary shockwave secondary just added these two new services.

So like they haven't even contributed yet to what your practice is.

for sure.

Cool.

One nugget I wanted to add Josh there, you know, what, what thinking about playing chess and building your business, Travis too, is, is the more that you show and empower your office manager and whiteboard these things like Josh said, and, and, and Dr. Chris said is whiteboard it with the team, so to speak, you know, brainstorm and get their input constantly by creating, you know, uh, solid community between you and your staff, but to the point to where you get the office manager that's in charge of that team meeting, you know, and making sure the agenda and growing the office manager so that one day, because she's seen you do it and how it should be done, she'll continue to do it.

so that you're able to move to a higher level and they're able to move to a higher level.
