And Noah Lee, the 18-year-old sensation from Mineral Wells, Texas, the son of PBR world champion Mike Lee.

He's the number one rookie in the Resist All Rookie of the Year race.

He's number one in the world, and he ties with two of his idols, as he says.

So, Noah Lee, Stetson Wright, Josh Frost.

You know, it goes to show he is chasing his idols, and it was a beautiful sight seeing those three collect the big checks at the Lewiston Roundup Extreme Bull Riding event.

It was clogging up dealer balance sheets and trading at lower prices than would be suggested by a smooth yield curve.

And so the idea was, as, uh, explained by then Assistant Treasury Secretary Josh Frost, uh, let's be regular and predictable and clean up these bits and pieces, make the Treasury market more liquid by replacing those with new liquid treasuries, and implicitly make some money for the US taxpayer by buy low, sell high.

And, uh, that's a good program.
