Or maybe it was Joe Escalante of the Vandals.

Um, buddy, my buddy Josh Freese was playing drums for them, and, and, uh, and I guess Duff had just quit or something a while ago, and so he's like, "Yeah, man, we're just kind of hanging out in the studio.

Why don't you, why don't you come out and play? Come and give me something to do." And so it was like, all right.

So I learned up a couple songs, and I went out there.

It's fast tempo, melodic hook, and some quick changes.

Of course, he is a drumming legend out there who has played with Devo, Nine Inch Nails, the Foo Fighters for a little bit.

I mean, he does lead vocals, background vocals, electric and acoustic guitars, bass, keyboards, glockenspiel, percussion, and piano.

And then Josh Freese, uh, who has also played with, like, A Perfect Circle, and Devo, and Nine Inch Nails, Josh Freese plays drums.

I don't know why this was the song he was like, "Get me Josh Freese," but he did.
