Ken, why don't we start, as so often happens, with Jeannine Pirro, US attorney for the District of Columbia? There was a CNN story about how she's been losing a lot of cases.

Um, you know, this year she's 50% for trial convictions.

Um, one of those defamation lawsuits that was brought against him, the, the one in Texas, he's gotten a significant partial victory on appeal, where you had an appeals court in the third district of, of, of, of Texas that threw out a whole bunch of punitive damages that were awarded against Alex Jones.

Um, and there's been a lot of consternation about this.

There has been, and, and Josh, I know this will be a shock, uh, to our listeners, but this led me to a somewhat intemperate rant, uh-
