It's called The Family Business Handbook, put out by Harvard Business Press.

It's written by Rob Lochenour, who happens to be a Cornell alum, and Josh Baron.

Um, and what I like about their style, it, it is very kind of handbook-like, right? And it kinda takes you through all the various steps that we've been talking about here, communication, governance, succession.

Uh, they've got some great frameworks and tools in there that are, that are very applicable.
