How will the parties work towards reuniting the nation?

Well, first of all, I'm not gonna lie, Robert, but you sound like a nasty piece of work with what you just came out with, uh, there.

[audience clapping] And in terms, in terms of, uh, division, this is reform all over.

Mugging people of their deepest, darkest fears and weaponizing them to divide our communities, to spread anger, all for their own political gain.

And this is what drives people crazy about politicians in this country, uh, today, and it's not good enough.

We need to move away from the politics of division and anger, and more towards the politics of actually getting things done.

That's what politicians are meant to be here for, and that is why so many people across, uh, the country have voted for local champions in the form of Liberal Democrats today.
