Funnily enough, I was never opposed to the removal of negative gearing and the capital gains tax changes on existing property.

Now, I do understand that 60% of people are for housing prices fall, but they want prices to fall so that they can purchase.

But what about the people that purchased previously? Okay, now I completely understand that housing prices were out of control in Australia.

You will see, I'm pretty sure Bankstown got a suburb record of $7 million last year.

Now, to me, that says that that's a supply issue, as opposed to it being a, oh, these people are just charging this, these people are just charging this.
