And we just actually wrapped up that on September 30th.

And we were able to send a couple different, um, legislative proposals that we felt were important for our agriculture community, and that really came from the conversations that people like myself, and I know other of my colleagues that also introduce, uh, legislation around agriculture, water, so forth, um, you know, get from having these conversations with folks, uh, in our districts.

And so, uh, there were some wins.

I think that, um, when I look at, uh, you know, some specifics, I will say, like, in the budget, we actually saw a win this year.

Um, and also we have to look at, for example, what worked and what didn't work in 2023 in terms of the policy.

And we have a lot of learned lessons, and so that's why m- there's been a handful of us that have tried to make sure- That folks are paying attention i- in terms of some of the policies that we, that we put forward.

And so we have to continue not just educating the next governor, but also educating our colleagues so that they understand how important it is for them to support, to equally support, uh, these types of policies so that they can be successful and eventually signed, uh, by the governor.

But again, we don't have to reinvent the wheel.
