And the founder and nurse, Jos de Blok, again, I'm [laughs] not sure if that's the right name, wanted to replace fragmented task-driven care w- model with nurses who care for the whole person.

And I'm gonna bring up Atul Gawande again, because that's exactly what he said would bring down costs of, of care, is to have, and of course in the Indian terminology, aunties, nurses who care about your family and come in and say, "Did you take your diabetes medicine? Did you do your measurements? You know, where are you going?" And th- with that kind of care, outcomes of the health, not to mention the cost, outcomes of the health were greatly improved.

So this model is looking into the self-managed neighborhood teams, so people who know their clients.
