And so basically, Stelson was able to say, "I want to end the war immediately because of the way it's impacting people in this district." Um, but we still do not have a clear idea of how this is going to be handled if she were to be elected to Congress.

A York County pastor is now in Haiti, separated from his U.S. citizen wife and children.

My colleague Jordan Wilkie reports the Department of Homeland Security deported Molise Agustave, despite his robust legal, public, and political support.

After President Donald Trump's administration canceled deportation protections for several countries, DHS published a video in August, set to cheerful music, of black Haitians, chained hand and foot, walking in the rain to board a deportation flight.

Trump's administration is prioritizing deportations of Haitians and sends weekly flights to the country, despite also advising Americans it's too dangerous to go there.

That was Jordan Wilkie.

Pennsylvania legislators returned to Harrisburg today with several major issues still on the table.

My colleague Haley O'Brien reports advocates and lawmakers are hoping to see movement on a couple of key pieces of legislation, including on skill games.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court gave lawmakers until October 13th to regulate the skill games industry.

A York pastor and father of two U.S. citizen children was loaded onto a deportation flight to Haiti, but was removed at the last minute, according to immigration advocates.

My colleague Jordan Wilkie reports on the momentary win and the challenges ahead in the case of Molise Agustave.

Governor Josh Shapiro and Senator John Fetterman, Democrats, and Senator Dave McCormick and Congressman Lloyd Smucker, Republicans, all intervened to keep Agustave in the country.

That's according to staff with immigration advocacy group We Are Casa.
