Jordan Silkowitz almost just about kicking down the door of the U.S. Women's National Team conversation.

Was it intentional or lucky? I think she's trying to put it on her and really make her kind of make Silkowitz go to the ball in the air, which for as tall as Silkowitz is, she's not 100% the best in the air.

She's a great shot stopper, but she sometimes doesn't read that ball in the air very well.

And kind of similar to the way that they were attacking the North Carolina goalkeeper, Sheridan, with some of those set pieces.

Alex Pfeiffer has had some good moments as a, how old is she now, 17? She's still really young.

Jordan Silkowitz has had enough good play that people are starting to mention her in terms of U.S. national team being in that pool.

So they won't be necessarily an easy team to go up against, especially if you have a couple of former KC current players on the field who want to make a statement.

After that, they will come back and they will play Bay again here in a couple weeks after

First, Morshae.

Look, she only had three saves, so she's probably not going to – wasn't like really in anybody's serious consideration for goalkeeper of the week, et cetera, because like Silkowitz had 11 saves, et cetera.

But I think what doesn't show up in the stat line is – how she played crosses because she was really decisive about crosses coming out, grabbing things.

And then she was very quick to recover when she stepped and realized, okay, this cross is curving too far away from me.

I've got a goalkeeper, and this one was a no-brainer for me.

We were talking about it, Darian, and I said, "It has to be Bay FC's goalkeeper, Jordan Silkowitz, because-

... she, uh, is one of the best goalkeepers in the NWSL right now.

In the game against Houston, she had 10 saves, and it's the first win for Bay in six matches.

But when you look at just Jordan Silkowitz, she has kept Bay alive all season.

She leads the league in saves with 77, and what she's been able to do, but I think all year, Jordan Silkowitz has gone under the radar because if Bay isn't always winning or they're, they're not getting shutouts, and sometimes it's hard to look at a goalkeeper and say, "You had an incredible game," if you didn't get a shutout.

But s- Jordan Silkowitz has been so consistent and so good, so I am giving it to her.

... to, from the back of the net, which is crazy, and Jordan Silkowitz is having a good year, too.

So this is one of the most difficult positions, which is, I don't know if that's a good thing, Gus, of saying like who the top three are even in this spot right now.

Yeah.

And if no one can claim the possession side of things, then you might turn and say, "All right, well, let's make sure that our floor is high and that we are at least not giving up soft goals." And that means the door might open for a Jane Campbell, who at this point of her career, she knows who she is.

She's really good at what she does.

She's not really gonna change the way she plays, but that's the big opportunity for her to break in, uh, or Jordan Silkowitz continuing.

Yeah, or you bring in Jane Campbell 'cause she's at least n- been there before, right?
