So depending on your business philosophy, if you're doing aggressive expansion, you know, may not be the best thing for a business like that to do.

But we invest in it for the discount.

How important is it that they can play music in the car that maybe fits their kid's groove, if you will, without offending them or being offensive? It's important, isn't it? It's so

important.

I have three kids, and the last thing I want them to hear is Dirty Language and a song.

When I make a song, I can get the point across without using curse words.

There's a huge English language to choose words that get the point across without being dirty.

And we just we want our music to be on the forefront in the mix of top 40 music and maybe even sound kind of like it.

But the words are wholesome and approachable for the whole family, you know.

Where did it come from? What does it mean to you? And where do you hope to go from here?

This isn't Bach, Chopin or, or, or Mozart, but I think artistically it still really has its own niche, and it really is a beautiful song.

Yeah, so uh, I, you know, I, I mentioned I'm a multi-instrumentalist.

I play like five instruments.

Um, I went to school, my major was vocals, so I'm a classically trained singer.

I started making music when I was maybe six years old, so I do compose, mix, master, engineer, everything, all of our music.

So it is completely a two-man operation, which nowadays is really rare.

How did you get hooked up with Hi-Rez? He's a good buddy of mine.

Yeah, so...

Initially, I was doing audio production and engineering for him.

I'm really shy on the singer side, so I play instruments and do all the behind the scenes stuff.

He heard me singing and he was like, you're a singer now, bud.

So we put a couple songs out.

The second song we ever put out went insanely viral basically overnight.

Jordan, who wrote it? How do you work on that? You and Hi-Rez together? I

I can finally say that, which is wonderful, but what, what, why do you think a song centered around these values, faith, family and freedom, is resonating with so many people right now? Do you think that there is maybe a revival or what you might call a restoration of these particular values?

values?I just think the world is starved of music and art with meaning.

You know, I don't like to talk down on the, the music that's on the radio, but if you really listen to it, a lot of it doesn't really make you feel something.

And as a father who wants my girls to grow up with values, with God, putting family first, I want them to listen to my music and say, "Wow," like, "that's what my dad's about." I want them to hear the music and it resonate with them, and I want them to live their life the way that I'm living my life.

So it's important that we make music that gives people the inspiration to get closer to God, to show love to one another and kindness.

The world is dark right now, and we really just, we're starved of love and kindness and God.

So that's what me and Rez are really trying to do right now with our art.

You know, it's, every time I turn on that microphone, I just wanna make something that people can connect to.

I wanna make music with meaning, and I think w- we are starved of music and art with meaning.

So when Rez and I come together on songs, we just wanna make songs that can be played in the car with the whole family, not curse-ridden, dirty songs that, you know, are only for adult ears.

We wanna make music that, that means something to people, and this song was just the, the, the perfect topic, you know, faith, family, freedom.

That, that's really all that matters to us.

Young family like Hi-Rez has, where are we going from here? Where are we going from here?

You know, the, the sky's the limit.

Where do you go from there? How do you start?

Yeah, likewise for me, when I was 16 and it happened, see, I had no idea who I was, and at that point I didn't know or there wasn't a model that I could follow to know what to do with it, and so I fumbled and I had to figure it out myself.

So those that I work with now, you bet, there's, there's a framework.

We have so many ideas on skills and thinking patterns and behavioral changes that we just did not have 20 years ago, right? So when I work with those and we talk about being in an identity crisis moment, right? That void that kind of occurs after the loss happens.

So after divorce, after the loss, after whatever, we lose the version of how we see ourselves functioning on a daily basis, and what occurs is then a feeling of emptiness.

We just start going through the motions.

We become disconnected, we become detached, and we just keep moving forward 'cause we don't know what else to do, but we die a little bit inside every day as we do that.

And let me ask you, how do you feel now that you're doing what you're doing and the people that you're helping, how do you feel now about all the traumas that you had to endure as a child?
