So I think he's trying to, you know, hold the stage and create some drama.

Jordan, Jordan, what we've just heard is largely an argument around streamlining CEQA.

Proposition 45 would cap CEQA reviews at 365 days for certain projects.

On today's political breakdown, host Marisa Lagos talks to Jordan Grimes, legislative director at the Bay Area environmental group Greenbelt Alliance, which opposes the measure.

Talk about Prop 45.

But before we even get there, you know, CEQA was passed in 1970 initially to take aim at government projects.

Today, I'm joined by one of the measure's opponents, Jordan Grimes is legislative director at Greenbelt Alliance.

They're a longtime Bay Area environmental group that focuses on creating a climate resilient region.
