And this last three or four years, I've been asked to add, not just show what the statute or the law requires, but I want extra stuff.

I want extra certifications.

I want to lay my eyes on the surrogate.

I want to ask her these questions and make sure she is statutorily compliant.

I have seen a tremendous amount of outreach when we have had these tragedies, um, like the SurroConnections, the, the seam, the breaches.

We've had, um, people offer agencies taking those over.

We've had lawyers doing significantly discounted work.

Um- ... to help these people get out, and I don't know that we had that.

I'm sure we had some of it, um, five or 10 years ago.

Um, I think COVID just kinda drove us all together a little bit, and I, I appreciate that.
