I thought that was the most interesting name uh person kind of involved in all of this Tyson Gross who obviously just signed last season played a few games Chase Harrington recently drafted as well as Joe Aguinla and Simon Katalik we got Brett Olsen Adar Sunyev a person who a lot of people want to see get quite a bit of NHL time this season and then Carter Wilkie rounds out your forwards there so to me really interesting that Gritton's involved in here I'm happy about it because I want him to get as much you know, training, I suppose is the way we put it, before the season starts.

For Gross, a little bit more realistic because of how You know, the Flames forward core is kind of looking heading into this season, but I still think he's on the outside looking in.

Beyond that, the team have three intriguing young players in Jonathan Castagna, acquired in the Uyghur trade, Andrew Basha, a 2024 second round pick, and Axel Hertig, a former Calgary Hitman captain, all of whom could make a statement with a strong performance in a shortened camp.

Ultimately, all three are likely to remain in the AHL and could do so for the entirety of the season.

But when the youth movement begins again in 2027-28, all three names are to keep a close eye on.

So, yeah, I mean, we'll see how it plays out.

The other guy that we haven't mentioned is Jonathan Castagna.

I wonder if he is in that kind of Tyson Gross territory where he might be able to push to get some games in at the NHL level as the 4C.

There's a guy in Andrew Basha that plays a very similar game to Conor Zeri.
