I'm still the treasurer of the Muscle Shoals Music Association, which, again, keeps me close to the music, you know, and that's a lot of fun.

So, you know, one of the greatest stories I had was Caitlin, who's our president of our chamber, calls me up one day and, you know, says, hey, Larry, can you do me a favor? I'm like, yeah, Caitlin, I can, what do you need? She said, can you have breakfast with Jonathan Cain tomorrow? I'm like, Jonathan Cain from Journey, Jonathan Cain? Like, yeah, he's in town working on something.

And, you know, he wanted to talk to somebody about doing some festival or something.

I'm like, yes, Caitlin, I can have breakfast with Jonathan Cain tomorrow.

And it was just, it's so cool when you see somebody of this caliber and, you know, same thing happened when Steven Tyler came from Aerosmith and you know, when they get here and they just feel that magic and the, the, you know, what the Shoals is and they, they get it.

And, you know, he was here working with a gentleman by the name of Gary Baker, his local songwriter, another Grammy winner, you know, here in the Shoals.

And, you know, Chris Stapleton, you know, has been here.

And it's just, yeah, it's really cool, you know, being able to this close to the music scene.

He was a man of the people.

Many would say he had a working class voice, and that's where I'm going to head to next, because by the mid-80s, Barnes became a solo star, and that came with a song by Jonathan Cain, from Journey, actually.

An American writer capturing something that I think fitted Jimmy quite well.

In fact, so perfectly, it became almost impossible to imagine that anyone else could sing this song.

We've just been asking them their names, in fact that was about a month ago we asked their names, but we've just been sorting out all the credits for that, it's super fun.

So anyway, Jonathan Cain, six months.
