Yeah, it does go quickly.

I remember we had one of our sort of SPAD school sessions and John Ashworth came in, obviously a great sort of stallant of the labour movement, but he was obviously a special advisor back in the day.

And he sort of said, you know, as soon as you come in as a special advisor, it's worth just getting all the things you want to do done because you're ultimately, you're on a stopwatch that your first day marks the sort of timer to

your sort of last day and it will be over in a flash.

And also as well, I mean, don't forget that, you know, we now have a defence secretary in West Street who held on to his seat by just 500 votes at the last election from being beaten by a Gaza independent.

I'm up here in Leicestershire where, you know, in Leicester itself, A once Labour dominated city now only has the one Labour MP because Jonathan Ashworth and I forget the other person, but lost their seats to Gaza independence.

I mean, this is a massive issue for Israel.

And what I'd say to you is, is that, you know, this is no different to any other government.

It's really interesting what you said earlier.

I mean, last election, five Labour MPs, including Jonathan Ashworth, who was a good man, actually, Jonathan Ashworth, a proper politician, as I would call him, they lost their seats.

to candidates who stood in an election in the United Kingdom didn't give a damn or a toss about anything to do locally.

They were simply talking about Gaza.

I hadn't picked up on this.

On the 8th of October, and I guess in the lead-up we should be talking about the horrors of the 7th, it's the by-election in Hoban St Pancras.

And if you look at the Labour Party and you remember that they lost five seats to people simply standing on a Gaza ticket last time Jonathan Ashworth in Leeds East lost his seat, right? You could say that it's all about shoring up that vote then, worried about the Greens or whatever.

But I've always got...

And there just aren't enough of them.

He had two tickets bought for him by Leicester City for the FA Cup final when Leicester were in the FA Cup final.
