Jonah

Today I'm having a very special guest.

This is the retired primate of the Orthodox Church in America, rector of St. Herman's Church, abbot of the St. Demetrius Monastery under the Russian Orthodox Church outside of Russia, His Eminence, Metropolitan Jonah.

Your Eminence, it is wonderful to speak to you today.

I am humbled by this conversation.

I don't feel God.

I was recently talking to Metropolitan Jonah, and he shared something.

Who's that? So he was the former primate of the Orthodox Church in America.

I had the joy of being with him and his monks, and one thing that he shared with me is an Eastern concept that the Western world largely has removed, especially the Enlightenment really removed.
