This is all way in the weeds.

He is someone that, um, on the music side, played in a variety of incredible bands, going back to Cannonball, sort of like a more just sort of straight up hardcore band, to Black Kites, which is kinda this vegan straight edge, I, I, I guess screamo is, a, an apt description for it, but just fantastic hardcore band, to Altered Boys, which was this great punk band and where we became kinda label mates on Deranged Records.

And then, um, going on beyond that even, like Altered Boys actually backed up Carry the Squirrel from The Best Show on WFMU featuring Jon Wurster and Tom Scharpling.

I know Jeff was a massive, massive fan of that podcast and that radio show, and that, I guess radio show certainly at the time that we first met too, and we bonded over loving that show.

Uh, I'm gonna miss him.

I don't know, I guess I just like, despite doing that I'm like, "I'm not like, I'm not as cool as like Pascucci." Because I remember when you, we first started talking about it, I think you had like Wurster on, and I was like, "I can't go after that." And then like I'm seeing all these other people and I'm like, "Where the fuck do I fit in with this?" And then here we are, and I had a great time doing it.
