But folks that choose functional fitness as a training, what would you call it, lifestyle or specificity, why do you think people choose functional fitness versus, say, a traditional bodybuilding split or something? Yeah.

Jon LittleGUEST
Most people, like if I look at myself, for example, the reason I choose, let's just say functional fitness as a training modality, because I used to be more in the bodybuilding traditional hypertrophy camp, is because my life goals... require that you know i'm a dad i've got a 12 year old a nine year old six year old keeping up with them is something that's a important to me and also not easy like they're high energy i work all day etc etc etc so um i want to be strong enough and have the cardio cardiovascular health necessary to run around with my kids to take them backpacking to do the things in colorado that we love to do which is you know outdoor lifestyle I think that's important.

Jon LittleGUEST
And I also know that just if you look across society, not everybody's able to do that, unfortunately.

Jon LittleGUEST
You know, the other thing that's important to me is being present for my team at work.

But did I miss anything around like the lifestyle piece? Because you said sleep is important, nutrition, but like anything else that you do that you're intentional about to make sure that you are, you keep the engine running, you keep the machine going.
