Well, it's funny because John and I were talking about this before you rocked up and – you know we're both reservists yeah and you know when you think about we're talking here effectively about transition and transition is a transition of identity first and foremost but it's also a transition of culture and community yeah and so you know from from our perspective becoming a reservist means being in uniform is not your only priority And that's the key sort of thing here, what you as an individual prioritise.

And it's been really good to see the culture change to go that, like that knife edge that I was talking about, the edge has got to be really keen, but the knife has actually got to be solid to support it as well too.
