When it comes to getting set up, what did training look like for you? And did that come before like when you were in the coop? Or did training not start until like, yes, you are going to get this location?

That's huge for us.

We hope if you had a great experience in North Carolina when you're visiting Miami and heading to the beach, you drive past the Chick-fil-A and you say, wait a second, I had a great experience there.

I can hopefully assume that I'm also going to have a great experience at this Chick-fil-A.

So for us, it's very much an abundance mentality, meaning if you go to a different restaurant, that doesn't mean nothing.

It's minus one for me, plus one for them.
