Minyo Kim reports from Washington, "Internal watchdogs at the State Department say the Trump administration's push to shutter VOA hurt its ability to advance US national interests and support democratic values globally by countering disinformation and propaganda with independent journalism." The report, published by the Office of the Inspector General- Question the purported savings that Trump officials touted for nearly closing VOA, providing news to authoritarian countries with limited press freedom, such as China and Iran.

On 1360, KHNC in Johnstown, Colorado must have been the source on September 28th at 0432 when someone was claiming that satellites are a hoax.

They are all lies.

There are no satellites up there.

So what we're going to do, friends, is we're going to move over.

By the way, Monk, I do want to tell you thank you very much for that call-in, but I do want to tell you that I was just told that it is all fixed up now, so we should be going live, and we should be live right now in the airwaves coming out of KHNC 1360 AM in Johnstown, Colorado.

Things started to change and things got closer back to home and, in our cattle and our horses and everything started to shrink and get more focused on quality instead of quantity and shrunk us back more closer to home where we weren't spread out from here to the border and that kind of stuff.

And, uh, then I got a little more hyper-focused and got bray up, brought everything here.

And then I still do the same exact thing we always did, but now we're doing it for God.

And one of the things I said when I first started on a regular talk radio was like 35 years ago.

And one of the most obscure things I said, I said, here's what the Lord told me.

When you see cannibalism filling the headlines of the day and you see the major volcanoes erupting and underway, know that the tribulations, I'm not saying the great tribulation, Jesus said in life we're going to have main tribulation, has begun.

So it was an interesting time for sure.

Well, I recall at some point and I can't recall exactly when, but I was on the phone with Bob Enyar and he was telling me that he was live on the air and 1360 up in Johnstown where his show was at that time.

And I was on the phone with him.

And it seems to me at the moment, Fred, in my mind that he did not have a television.

So anyway, it was during that top of the hour break.

And they were aware of what was going on, but it literally had just happened.

And if I remember, Bob wanted to know, are you watching television? Can you see what's happening? Because Don Wiedemann's studio up at AM 1360 in Johnstown, Colorado, look it up on a map, it was rather Spartan.

I don't think they had maybe a hot plate, but no TV at all.
