I see them as inextricably linked.

We may be so many kilometers away, but I feel, for all intents and purposes, that they're just over the next hill.

Because it's imbued in our culture, the northern culture, the northern spirit, and there's so many communities across the north that comprise a significant portion of our population.

And that motivates me hugely to remain here as a team member.
