Is it harder when you go into an off-season to actually kind of hear you guys finished up with those players?

At first, but I think, you know, it was easy for us to realize that we needed to have a big offseason.

So, you know, it took some time to reflect, but then focus on things we needed to work on and improve on, get stronger faster.

And I think that we were all just very motivated.

So, yes, it was long, but still very positive.

you noticed a change in Paul Martin as his role has changed to be a full-time coach?

yeah i mean i i think um you know paulie's role last year he kind of had to let the the other coaches you know have their say and coach the team or now it's it's up to him to um you know show us the ropes and um you know coach us up so yes like he has definitely more responsibility but i think he's the man for the job and You know, I've loved playing for him so far.
