So tell me about the night of Halloween 2010 when you and your whole team had an experience of being attacked in the Hell House.

So that, that night we were actually, we were starting to try to get on public ac- uh, public access TV.

Um, so we were like, "All right.

We wanna start off with, like, a Halloween episode," 'cause Halloween was coming up.

I was like, "That's gonna be, like, you know, the first one we'll get, and it'll be awesome." I was like, "So why don't, you know, why don't we do that?" My buddy who is a medium, he was just like, "All right." He's like, "Let's, uh..." He's like, "We should do something to, like, amplify it." And I was like, "No, no, no." I was like, "I don't wanna do that." I was like, "We've already had some craziness going on there.

Like, I wanna try to keep it, you know, mellow." And he's like, "Let's just do something." I'm going, "No," like I, I don't know, man.

So eventually we, he figures, "All right, fine.

Mm-hmm.

Do you think you unleashed something into that house or around yourself by using the book that night?

Uh, definitely.

I mean, I, like I said, we didn't think it was gonna work, and when we ended up going back, I wanna say probably by like the third, the third time we went back after that night of reading that book is when we started realizing there's some crazy stuff going on, and it's because I had my first incident there.

Um, so pretty much we were sitting down on the floor and just trying to talk to whatever's in there.

Uh, then I started aiming my attention more at what we had tried to summon from the gateway.

I tried talking to that.

Um, and I pretty much said, "Hey, you know what? I'm here.

Mm-hmm.

inexcusable players getting arrested for driving violations absolutely inexcusable um players uh getting arrested at other schools for domestic violence absolutely inexcusable a lot of things that texas tech uh cody campbell specifically but even joey mcguire came out and said that the houston touchdown club today he started talking about their players that do all these things and we still let them play and you know how is this different and i think the what about ism is the is the signal, right? Because they're not saying, um, Brendan Sorsby didn't do anything wrong.

They're not saying, you know, any, anything that would justify the actual decision.

They're basically trying to deflect and say, what about these other situations? And at the end of the day, um, the difference is it's very clear to anyone who knows anything who's ever played a sport, who's ever coached a sport, who's ever been around a sport, who's had kids that played sports, um, The thing about sports and college football in particular, but sports in general, is you are lining up and you're playing in a competitive environment to give your best, to execute the best, to beat the other team, to execute plays, to execute strategy, to do your training, your conditioning, everything to beat the team across the field, across the line from you.

And when you feel like guys aren't showing up and giving their best to beat the team across from them, or when they're doing something that you think is like, oh, maybe they're intentionally throwing a game or intentionally making these decisions, right? It's the integrity of the game.

And that, you know, a lot of people, when that comes out of people's mouths, I think there are sides who get it and there are sides who are like, oh, that's like, you know, boomer talk or whatever.

But the integrity of the game is why the game exists.

Oh, you're

I don't know.

I mean, if you look at Georgia, right? So Georgia has, um, uh, teams like, uh, Louisville.

Georgia has a home and home with Clemson.

Georgia has a home and home with Ohio State.

Um, uh, I just mentioned the home and home Louisville on, on their schedule over the next, like, few years, right? Um, and I think Texas is, is similar.

Where'd that interest start? Did it start on your grandfather's dairy?

Yeah.

It really started with, you know, the, the whole dairy crisis in the '80s and learning about that and understanding, you know, what producers went through and, um, how they all [chuckles] just, their equity just kind of vanished, uh, and the interest rates just crushed them, um, that I always wanted to, to be helpful, helpful to producers.

So, um, my training actually worked.

I worked it with co-ops.

Dairy co-ops is where I got my start.

Um, I had some great mentors in that space.

And pretty much that he worked like right hand in hand with, you know, Beelzebub.

So that was, that was [laughs] one of the ones that had actually given us a problem.

Um, and that is when I started really getting interested in demonology more and kinda how to protect myself from certain things, mainly because before the really big incident happened, we had already started having crazy, like all the pictures I showed you, things happening.

And I took all those to a professor of photography with the camera, with the pictures on the camera.

And he's looking at those going like, "I don't understand how, you know, that's possible." He's like, "Light just doesn't-- Light doesn't do that.

Light doesn't work in that type of way." Like, and I said, "Good, that's what I wanted to hear." Because if you told me that, oh, this is this and that and the other thing, I'd be like, okay, that's debunked, that's nothing.
