John Sheeran

All right, folks.

So we're talking about the DJ Turner news and John Sheeran, Bengals writer with A to Z sports says, well, the Bengals are nearing the deadline to iron out contract extensions for the year.

Cincinnati always uses the start of the regular season as a cutoff point for a major contract negotiations and a handful of notable names are set to enter the last years of their deals.

Now we know these guys, it's a lot of the 2023 season.

And that's what he invoked in the article itself is they've done this before with Jesse Bates and franchise to tag them.

And then he walked, but yeah, That obviously should be a lesson to the Bengals, as John Sheeran wrote.

Like, how much more painful can a lesson be than that one was for you to learn that when you have an ascending player, you should probably pay them.

And maybe this would be less of an issue had they not gone out there and traded for Dexter Lawrence.

Google it you realize that you're like crap that's me for the other 31 teams you know no matter how like unless I just become a full time fan of that team other fans in my shoes feel the same way about me and so then you get scared to say anything about another team even if you feel like you're paying good attention and so being able to lean on people that I know are that person for that team is awesome because if I have like a really strong thought I run it by John Sheeran in Cincinnati or Tyler Fornes in Minnesota and they're like no that's that's sharper they're like hey man don't say that out loud
