They say ICE arrests in the street wouldn't be needed if the city didn't refuse to cooperate with the feds on immigration enforcement.

Joining us now is the former acting director of ICE, John Sandweg.

John, great to have you here.

So DHS Secretary Mullen is blaming the illegal immigrant who does have a criminal record, saying that he was, quote, accelerating at a high rate of speed toward agents.

That car can then go out of control, hit people, damage property, kill people.

And yet we have ICE agents doing this now on what appears to be a regular basis.
